With over 15 years of dedicated experience in child development and behavioral support, Dewan Davis is a seasoned professional in the field. Starting as a child development specialist and later advancing to the role of senior child development specialist in a prominent nonprofit organization in Hartford, CT, Dewan has honed their skills in providing specialized care to children with behavioral challenges. Their decade-long tenure in the extended day treatment after-school program saw them facilitating social and emotional coping skills sessions for children aged 5 to 16, diagnosed with a spectrum of conditions including ADD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, and autism.

Throughout their career journey, Dewan pursued higher education, earning an undergraduate degree in human services from Springfield College in 2013, followed by a Master's degree in social work (MSW) from the same institution in 2016.
